Casa Azahar is an attractive traditional-style Spanish villa. Laid out on one level, the villa has a living-room, opening onto a glazed naya (covered terrace) which is used as a dining-room and overlooks the pool area, a separate newly-fitted kitchen with French doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a cloakroom (with WC and shower) accessible from the poolside. There are three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), and a family bathroom.

Outside is lovely sunny pool terrace overlooking the pool, with sun loungers for sun-bathing and patio furniture for al-fresco dining, and a private 8x4m swimming pool with Roman steps. There is a gas 'plancha' (griddle) and paella cooker for cooking outside. South-west-facing, the villa is set in mature gardens, with palm tree, Mediterranean plants, and the orange trees which give the house its name.

Casa Azahar is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Moraira, approximately 2 km from the village centre and beaches of Moraira. The nearest restaurant and bar is 'El Andaluz', about 200m away, so easily accessible on foot. The nearest supermarkets are about 1.5km.

Moraira is a lovely little resort town, a former fishing village, with 2 lovely beaches, pleasant shops, bars and restaurants, but no high rise development or package tourism. There are sandy beaches - our favourite is El Portet, a small, shell-shaped bay with sandy beach - and lots of rocky coves, and opportunities for water sports from windsurfing to scuba-diving.
